Jan Dziadzio

facilitator and catalyst

Video Transcript:

I've always been a lifelong learner, being insatiably curious and always asking questions. As I grew up, my favorite game to play as a kid was school and I carried that through in my formal education to become a teacher. I was sent to the principal's office part way through my student teaching for being too progressive. But I redoubled my efforts and have been helping people color outside of the lines and think outside the box ever since.

I've worked in the last three decades with companies and organizations of all sizes from sole proprietorships, helping businesses start up and grow, to Fortune 100 companies. I've helped companies launch and close. I've helped them down size and skill up. I've helped them to reinvent themselves and to help their people more fully understand who they are.

I am certified as an neuro-linguistic programming practitioner, a literacy tutor and a certified personnel consultant. I'm also a certified mediator and a graduate of the Creative Training Techniques Institute. I've worked for the last twenty years in my own practice and I've worked with companies and organizations in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Part of my skills are in helping people reshape beliefs after understanding more fully what those beliefs are and how they are the underpinnings of behavior.

Somebody once described me as a 'business shrink', but I prefer to think of myself as one who strives to help businesses expand and for people to grow. I look forward to working with you!
